Drafter

Responsibilities:

• 1. Producing precise and detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, and blueprints based on the interior designer's concepts and specifications. This includes layouts, elevations, and cross-sections.
• 2. Working closely with interior designers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that the drawings accurately reflect the design intent and meet the project's requirements.
• 3. Using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other drafting tools to create and modify drawings. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is essential for this role.
• 4. Making sure that all drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards. This includes understanding zoning laws, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• 5. Making revisions to drawings based on feedback from the design team, clients, or contractors. Ensuring that all changes are accurately reflected in the final plans and keeping all documents up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
