Responsibilities:

  • 1. Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Creating detailed schedules to ensure all phases of the project are completed on time.
  • 2. Leading and coordinating the project team, which includes designers, drafters, contractors, and other stakeholders. Facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure everyone is aligned with the project goals.
  • 3. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, regularly updating them on project progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring their vision and requirements are met throughout the project.
  • 4. Overseeing the project budget, ensuring costs are controlled, and making adjustments as necessary to prevent overruns. This includes approving expenditures, negotiating with vendors, and managing financial records.
  • 5. Ensuring that all work meets the specified design standards and quality benchmarks. Conducting site inspections, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that the final deliverables meet the clientโ€™s expectations and industry standards.
