Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• 1. Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Creating detailed schedules to ensure all phases of the project are completed on time.
• 2. Leading and coordinating the project team, which includes designers, drafters, contractors, and other stakeholders. Facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure everyone is aligned with the project goals.
• 3. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, regularly updating them on project progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring their vision and requirements are met throughout the project.
• 4. Overseeing the project budget, ensuring costs are controlled, and making adjustments as necessary to prevent overruns. This includes approving expenditures, negotiating with vendors, and managing financial records.
• 5. Ensuring that all work meets the specified design standards and quality benchmarks. Conducting site inspections, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that the final deliverables meet the client’s expectations and industry standards.
